Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov had a phone call on Wednesday and discussed the latest situation in Ukraine.
Turkey is one of the most active countries in ensuring a permanent ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia.
